Starting Wednesday, November 3, OB/GYN care will be available on a regular, weekly basis at Altoona Family Care Center and West Des Moines Family Physicians.

 The clinic's family medicine providers will be joined each week by specialists in obstetrics and gynecology from Penn Avenue OB/GYN, including Jerusa Kamala, MD, Carlos Rodriguez, MD, Charles Svensson, MD and Diane Clevenger, ARNP.

 The OB/GYN physicians will provide personalized gynecologic and obstetrical care for patients in the West Des Moines clinic and will help schedule any additional tests or treatments that patients may require. Penn Avenue OB/GYN physicians deliver at all three UnityPoint Health - Des Moines hospitals: Iowa Lutheran, Iowa Methodist and Methodist West.
