Brian Benson, pharmacy operations manager at Iowa Methodist Medical Center and Blank Children's Hospital, was awarded the Drake University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences Alumni Achievement Award.

Benson also worked from 2007-2010 as an adjunct assistant professor in the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Benson graduated in 1996 from Drake with his PharmD degree.
