Congratulations to Amanda Behrens of Central Scheduling for receiving an UnityPoint Health - Des Moines ACE Award. The ACE (Always Committed to Excellence) Awards recognize the outstanding achievements of UnityPoint Health - Des Moines employees. Below is the nomination letter written for Amanda and an example of the great work she does for UnityPoint Health - Des Moines.
Amanda Behrens always goes above and beyond for our department and the hospital. As an Epic credentialed trainer, she is available anytime we have questions on the new system. She has typed up cheat sheets and even taken time out of her day to do one-on-one training. Amanda always has a positive outlook about the new system. When we complained, she would tell us about all the positive aspects. We call her about issues, she gets right on it and finds us answers. If she doesn't have the answer, she will find someone that does. She is always willing to help out our patients and jumps up and takes them where they need to go! As an Epic credentialed trainer, she has taught many classes and hasn't received any additional monies, which I think is awesome. In my opinion, she is a huge asset to UnityPoint Health!
Amanda was nominated by Rebecca Gullett of Central Scheduling.
