UnityPoint Health - Des Moines (IHDM) Maternity Services is now offering a new pregnancy resource for expecting moms. Moms now have the ability to subscribe to IHDM's free eNewsletter, Baby Talk.

Expecting moms will receive Baby Talk every other week until their little ones are born. Baby Talk includes detailed information about what to expect during pregnancy and delivery. Each Baby Talk Lesson covers topics ranging from body changes and recipes, to moms' hospital stay and much more.

What makes Baby Talk different than other pregnancy eNewsletters is it's all about local! Baby Talk's Local section features stores, services and groups available right here in central Iowa. All organizations or services featured in this section give moms a diverse look at all the resources available to them within the metropolitan area.
