With obesity and obesity-related illnesses on the rise, The Nutrition Centre at Iowa Methodist and Iowa Lutheran understands the healthcare needs and problems that you face on a daily basis. Our registered dietitians can create and deliver a nutrition package developed specifically for you that will guide you to healthier living.

A 30-60 minute on-site individual consultation with a registered dietitian who will discuss medical history, food choices, behaviors, and health goals. This will be followed by development of a basic nutrition and wellness plan tailored to each individual's lifestyle.
Follow-up to the Nutrition Makeover session. The nutrition trainer will further assist your employee in moving toward a healthier lifestyle with a discussion on current progress, revisions to the nutrition action plan and strategies for overcoming barriers.
Our professional chefs will provide a one-hour cooking demonstration. Recipes, samples, food purchasing and cooking tips related to a chosen topic are all part of the fun!

Four, one-hour programs designed to gradually transform current unhealthy eating choices into a more health-promoting, disease-preventing eating style.
Intuitive Eating Series
Four, one-hour programs designed to develop a healthier relationship with food by changing behaviors. The key concepts discussed in this interactive workshop include overcoming emotional eating, honoring satiety levels, maneuvering through social eating and coping with stress without food.
Eating for a Healthy Heart
A series of four, one-hour program designed to discuss the key components of a heart-healthy eating style. We will focus on practical tips and changes to incorporate into each individual's lifestyle.
*Because individual programs will vary, a personalized fee structure is available upon request. The fee structure includes preparation, travel expenses, delivery, participant materials and presentation.*
