UnityPoint Clinic is seeking patient input on how to improve health care - and we need your help!
UnityPoint Clinic wants to deliver the best care experience possible, and believes its patients have valuable insight that can help improve health care. For this reason, we are currently recruiting patients and patient family members in our Des Moines Community to work with the organization, helping to generate ideas and provide input about ways to improve the overall health care experience.
The new Patient and Family Advisory Team will be asked to volunteer for 90 minutes, six times a year to discuss ways the organization can achieve its mission of Best Outcome for Every Patient Every Time by focusing on the following areas:
- Delivery of services
- Community involvement
- Clinic issues
- Program development
- Facility planning
- Internal initiatives providing support for patient care
Applications are currently being accepted and reviewed for a team of eight members, including patients and patient family members. If you have a passion for driving change in patient care, please apply for the Patient and Family Advisory Team online.
