Cafeteria

Family members and friends are invited to dine in the Iowa Methodist Medical Center cafeteria on Level B. The deli and grill are open Monday - Friday from 2 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. On weekends, the hours of operation are 6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Specific meals are served Monday - Friday

Breakfast	5am -10:15am
Lunch	10:30am - 1:30pm
Dinner	4pm - 7:30pm :: Monday - Friday 4pm - 6:30pm :: Saturday, Sunday and Holidays
Overnight	2am - 4 am :: Monday - Friday :: No holidays or weekends

Younker 1 Cafe

The Younker Cafe is located near the Younker main entrance on the first floor. The café is open Monday through Fridays, excluding holidays. Continental Coffee Cart is located at the information desk near the North Entrance. A continental type breakfast is served from 8 to 10 a.m., which includes coffee, donuts and muffins. Lunch items are available from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 pm.

Guest Trays

Family members and friends may order guest trays for a nominal charge to eat in a patient room. While the cost for guest trays is not covered by insurance, the charges can be added to a patient's hospital bill. The nursing staff will order a tray for guests if requested.

Vending Machines

Vending machines on the first floor of the Iowa Methodist Medical Center north wing are open 24 hours a day. The vending machine area on the first floor of Younker Rehabilitation Center is open daily from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Atrium Food Service

The Atrium Food Service area is located in the atrium of the Methodist Medical Plaza at the west end of the campus. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
