Volunteers and staff will hold group exercise sessions at the top of every hour, and you're invited to jump in the fun! Stop by our tent located at 3rd & Court for health & wellness tips, information and for a special exercise equipment giveaway!

- "An hour of play a day!" - Children and teens should be active 60 minutes on most, if not all, days.
- Adults should do a minimum of 30 minutes, 5 days a week of moderate-intensity aerobic activity. Health experts recommend this level of activity to reduce the risk of chronic disease later in life.
