Patient Satisfaction

Patient satisfaction is very important at each of our hospitals: Iowa Methodist Medical Center, Iowa Lutheran Hospital, Methodist West Hospital and Blank Children's Hospital. That's why we have an independent research company send out surveys to a random sampling of our patients to find out how we are doing right and what needs improvement. We take this information very seriously and use it to make improvements at our hospitals - to ensure our patients get the best possible care.
