- 4 plum tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup chicken salad
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 2 teaspoons sliced fresh chives
1. Scoop out insides of tomatoes with a melon baller.
Fill with chicken salad. Sprinkle with pepper and chives.
