• Lakeview Family Medicine and Urgent Care, Lakeview Internal Medicine, Lakeview Obstetrics and Gynecology, Lakeview Pediatrics and UnityPoint Health - Des Moines Cardiology West are all conveniently located at 6000 University Avenue in West Des Moines in Lakeview Medical Plaza. 
• UnityPoint Health - Des Moines Psychiatry Services and UnityPoint Health - Des Moines Weight Loss Specialists are both located in the same building on Westown Parkway.
• West Des Moines Family Physicians and Jordan Creek Internal Medicine are located near Interstate 35 on Mills Civic Parkway.
• Iowa Specialty Physicians  
• In 2011, Walnut Creek Pediatrics moved into a new building located just off of Interstate 235 near Windsor Heights. They currently have five pediatricians on staff. 
• Blank Children's Therapy Services is located at a standalone site at 6800 Lake Drive, Suite 140.
